Waterfront Spa & Pool was opened in Rochester, Minnesota in 1998. Made up of 3 owners; Ron Hagen and Randy & Michelle Petersen. Together we have over 50 years of pool, spa and service experience.

Ron Hagen - Service Foreman;  Ron began in the pool and spa industry as a spa service technician in 1988.  He has completed the Tech II training program and is a Certified Pool Operator Randy Petersen - Inground Foreman;  Randy started installing and servicing swimming pools in 1976.  After 9 years in the pool and spa business he left and became a certified trim carpenter for the next 14 years. Then re-emerging in the pool business again in 2001. With his attention to detail of construction he can assure you your entire pool project will be all that you dream of. Randy is also our lead project designer. Michelle Petersen - CEO & Jobsite Manager;  Michelle began in the pool and spa industry in 1983 as an administrative assistant and sales person. She has had extensive industry chemical training and has taught Certified Pool Operator courses. Throughout the course of her career, she has focused on making education of her clients a priorty. The more you know, the fun ownership will be!   The constant research of new products and technology is brought into Waterfront to make your pools and spas a lot more fun and a lot less work!
