Meet the team!

Michelle Petersen – General Manager

Michelle began in the pool and spa industry in 1983 as an administrative assistant and sales person. She has had extensive industry-wide training, everything from chemicals to building materials! She also teaches Certified Pool Operator (CPO) courses. Throughout the course of her career, Michelle has focused on making education of her clients a priority. The more you know, the more fun ownership will be!

Randy Petersen – Operations Manager

Randy started both installing and servicing swimming pools in 1976. After 9 years in the pool and spa industry he left to become a certified trim carpenter for the next 14 years – emerging in the pool business again in 2001. With his attention to detail of construction he can assure you your entire pool project will be all you dream of.

Ron Hagen – Service Manager

Ron began in the pool and spa industry as a spa service technician in 1988. He has completed the Tech II training program and is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).

Kari Petersen – Retail & Marketing Manager, Copyright & Webmaster

Kari began in pool and spa industry sales and service in 1998. She has completed extensive chemical and product training and is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). She takes knowledge about our product lines to the next level with research and training before she brings them in making sure you’re getting just what you need – confidently. Kari is also the designer of this site and wannabe poet of this copyright! 

Joe Hagen – Pool & Spa Service

Since 2005, Joe has worked summers between going to school for the University of Winona – Rochester Campus.  He maintains pools and spas with extensive chemical training and service know-how. Joe is the muscle behind getting things done with your weekly pool and spa service on site.

Alyssa Barker – Sales & Retail

New for the 2011 Summer season, Alyssa maintains the retail space.  With special attention to detail she can assure your every question pertaining to the pool and spa industry will be answered – if she doesn’t have the answer, like magic, she will find somebody who does.

Alexa Goodman – Sales & Retail

New for the 2011 Summer season, Alexa helps maintain the retail space.  With special attention to detail she can assure your every question pertaining to the pool and spa industry will be answered. We all need a little support in life, Alexa supports getting things done in our retail space.

Jim Adams – In Ground, On Ground, Aquatic Fitness Pool Installation

He’s a clean, efficient, well-oiled In Ground Installation Machine. Jim, with the support of his crew, gets the job done with time to spare and leaves the site in tact, well except for the shiny new pool full and ready for swimming he leaves behind.

Greg Herbert – Above Ground Pool Installation

A man with a smart day-job who loves his own pool so much he’s happy to build one just for you in your own backyard. He works mostly on his days off, which means he must really like what he’s doing if you catch my drift. Greg is timely, thorough, and has great attention for detail.
